No. You send us your logo, colors, and a short description. We build the page. You can make small edits yourself later or ask us to.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. If you already own one, we'll connect it. If you don't, your page lives on our domain at no extra cost.
How does payment processing work?
Tap to pay is set up through our processing partner. After you start your free month, you'll complete a short application and, once approved, we'll connect it to your booking calendar. Your booking calendar works without it, but collecting deposits online requires payment processing to be connected.
What does payment processing cost?
Rates depend on your business and how you choose to price. Most independent techs use dual pay, where the card fee is added for the customer at checkout and you keep 100% of your service price. Full details are on our payments page, and we'll walk you through your options during setup.
What if I have more than five people or more than one location?
Reach out and we'll quote you. Larger teams and multi-location salons get a custom plan.
Is there a contract?
No. TNH Pro is month to month with no long-term contract. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard.
